The boys and I have finally gotten back to swimming this week!
I started working-out and walking again too. Walking 3-4 miles and running the steps at Sacred Heart.....up steps down around driveway, up sidewalk and back up steps. I do this 5 times now and trying to add a few more times each night til I get to 10 reps a night.
