Sunday I got my hair cut. I went even shorter in back this time around.....for summer, but still have the longer front sides.

Lilac's and Bubble Bees

My lilacs survived the winter ice storm - AWESOME!

They are so pretty and smell sooo good too!

They had about 15 huge bubble bees on them tonight.....they must like the nectar!

Lake Park weekend happenings

We had a beautiful weather weekend! In high 80's...yipeee!


Friday night we went and walked at Lake Park and of course I had to take pics.

Saturday afternoon we went for a ride, then to Lake Park to fish.

My new summer highlights

I went to the JVS this morning and got my(summer blonde)highlights.
They did another good job, got them to do them last summer too!

Tanner finally has his front tooth!!!!

Tanner's tooth finally came in like 3 days ago.....YIPEEE, after 2 years from being knocked out with a baseball.

What another beautiful sunny warm day!! We went to the yearly Family Fun Day ( for Child Abuse Awarness Month) this morning and then went to Macy's softball game behind Odd Lots.

Tanner's Hand Plaque & Warm Weather Happenings

Tanner made this hand mold plaque at school. I just love the things they make!


With it being in the 70's tonight we went to Lake Park to ride bikes, went to eat at Chinese Buffet ( Boys say its better than McDonalds - omg that was shocking - lol) and then came home and got Suzie to take a little road trip ending up at Wills Creek Dam.

Tanner dentist and EIP meeting

Just a few updates on Tanner - nanner.....

Last Tuesday he went to the dentist and he had lost 2 more teeth the week before, well the dr said he was fine - did more xrays and the big front tooth is now finally breaking through the skin after 2 yrs, along with the one next to it. They also removed his spacer on the bottom and side he'd be getting his 8 yr molars in soon.
Poor kid cant hardly chew anything with only like 7 teeth at top now!

This morning I also had Tanner's annual EIP ( Early Initative Program?? ) for his speech class he goes to once week for 1/2 hour.
He is progressing very well and still only needs to work on his ire, air ar and r blends next year.
He has gotten past - mastered the sh, ch, ck, and l's. I think that is all of them.
I think the teeth messing hasnt helped any either?? lol

Great job Bub!!! Mrs Wright is an awesome speech teacher too! :)

Suzie was an Art Model tonight!

My Nephew Dalton took Suzie to his art class after school today. They are drawing Beagles, for the upcoming Beagle Hunt Club thats coming to town soon, so he volunteered Suzie tonight for them to practice on!

Theresa said Suzie had a blast being with all the kids!

Easter weekend fun!

We colored eggs Saturday night, but I forgot to take pics this year during the coloring process =(.
The Easter bunny found the boys lastnight too =), and we went to my sister Theresa's for dinner today.

Mom got the boys a NOISY egg candy toy too. Thanks Mom! lol Why do grandparents always buy loud things??

Hopefull non of us get sick or the pinkeye thats going around.......Luke has had a sore throat and sick all weekend! I made the boys stay away from him.

The addicting Farm Town!

You all know how Scott didnt mess with the computer much right??
Well......he's addicted to facebook now too, whether he wants to admit it or not!! lol

I got him hooked on Farm Town.....its really neat you plant and harvest crops for money, add friends as neighbors and work on their farms for more money, and you can send gifts to your friends daily either trees or animals that they can grow or sell. Each level opens up more trees and animals you can send.

Im at a level 16 and Scott is level 13 right now.

Back to Walking and Working Out!

This Tuesday I started back walking my 4 miles a day and went to workout tonight too.
I walked 4 miles this morning, then walked prob another 3 miles tonight going to workout and back at Colonial Sport and Courts.
My chins hurt something terrible tonight too! lol
My 1st night back to workout and we did jump rope. nice.... not! It hurt my knee so I had to stop.
I figured I'd better start walking again and going to workout since I have only went once this year. Then I fell down the steps messing my knee up. I have a tredmill but dont like using it - would prefer to walk outdoors!
I lost like 3o lbs in 6 monthes last year, but took about 6 monthes off due to surgery, the weather and my knee. Well.... one thing good is I've only gained like 4 lbs back, so Im doing fairly well. =) considering I've been eating everything insight too. lol
