Day 1 on upstairs bathroom project

Before we started this afternoon, mauve with butterfly- flower border.

The mildew - mold ...the reason I started this project, putting an exhaust fan in too. This house never had one! Ive washed this mold off serveral times. :(

It was in corners and lil on ceiling. Hopefully exhaust fan will take care of this.

Another surprise....lower half wall is done in brick looking paster, just this one wall?? But the other walls have the tile up this high....so they may all be like that?
