Drew is in his 2nd year of flag football. They play flag football for 3rd and 4th grades. They started having practices last Monday. He will practice on Monday - Thursday nights from 6-7. Games will be on Wednesdays, probably starting September 3rd?? Both games and practices are at the high school this year also.
Drew will be in TACKLE next year - 5th grade already. WOW my boy is growing up to fast!
I'll be adding some pictures when games start.

ACCIDENT PRONE!!
The boys seem to be accident prone the past few weeks.
First Drew crashed his bike 2 days before school started, then today Tanner crashed his, for the 2nd time this summer.
Luckily they both just got scraped elbows and knees and no broken bones!! They hadnt ridin their bikes since Drew wrecked til today and then Tanner does.
Maybe learning how to ride bikes wasnt a very good idea this summer. =) But I guess wrecking is a part of learning also. =)

SURGERY AHEAD??
What a week!!! Glad its Friday.....
The boys started back to school Wednesday and they love it so far. I started back babysitting everyday from 8-4 for both Ella 3yrs and Lucy 3mths. Its different and challenging watching a newborn again. Ella will be going to preschool from 9-11:30 Mon - Thurs starting next Monday too. She'll ride the bus from here to school and home also.
I had to go for a sonogram Tuesday afternoon.
Well.... I have cyst back on both ovaries again. STINKS! Tired of being in pain all the time!! Being females really sucks sometimes!!!!
Dr. said he could remove the cyst, but they would more than likely come back because they seem to every 6-9 monthes and have for years. I said while your doing surgery cant you just take my ovaries too? He said that he could but that I'd have to take a HRT (hormone replacement therapy) til I'm around 50. I said Id rather take a pill everyday than be in pain all the time. Plus I'm 37 and should start menopause soon anyway. =)
I will also need to be cut this time too. So longer recovery time!!
I had a partial hysterectomy 3 yrs ago for a huge uterus. He said the size of a 6 mth pregnant women. But he wouldnt take my ovaries then because of my age and taking hormones, even though he removed cyst during the surgery then also. ??
He wanted me to think about it and talk it over with Scott, for a month....pro's and con's, and I go back Sept. 16th for my decision and appointment.
Sometimes I think they just want more surgeries and money. lol =(
I've felt really crappy all week and havent exercised any because it makes me feel worse. I walked around the block lastnight and I felt like I was in labor afterwards. I hope I dont gain my weight back!!
Im 99% sure I'm going through with the surgery.
Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers !!! I'll keep you updated too.

DREW CRASHES HIS BIKE =(
Poor Drewbug took a hard crash on his bike today. Go figure 2 days before school. lol I'm thankful it was just a scrape and nothing more!!!
Here he is taking a lil nap, after we cleaned his elbow and leg up with peroxide and put neosporin on it.
Big road rash on his elbow - OUCHY!....We told him to sleep with his arm above his head on pillow. He said it was comfy. =) When I went up to check on him, I found him fast asleep like this. awwwwww I hate when my kids get hurt!!! =(
His leg looks alot better than his elbow.

FUNNY MEMORY OF TRIP
We made it home tonight around 3:00. 11 hour trip from Georgia.
We had a wonderful - short visit this week!!
It seem all you do while there is travel to see family, shop and eat. Unlike here everything is within a few miles of town.
Well I think there is one thing the boys wont forget about this trip, and that is there is a road right up town from grandma's called "FLIPPIN ROAD". They kinda laughed the first time she said turn on Flippin Road, then made a joke about it everytime we went somewhere. Saying turn right on the Flippin Road or lets hit the Flippin Road. Silly boys!!! I think they thought they were cussing and getting away with it. LOL =)

SENECA LAKE, SCOTT'S COMPANY COOKOUT
We had the Coshocton Brake company cookout today at Seneca Lake.
Scott took the chicken rack and cooked 40 lbs of chicken leg quarters. We also had sweet corn, baked beans, macaroni salad, chips and cake.
Some played cornhole and most of us went on the boats to "Coshocton Beach", anchored and got out and played in the water. It was a really fun day!!!
