WEIGHTLOSS - EXERCISE UPDATE

IVE LOST LIKE 30 LBS SINCE JANUARY.
IM DOWN TO A COMFY 10 JEANS NOW FROM A 14-16....YIPEEE
I HOPE I KEEP LOOSING OR ATLEAST DONT GAIN ANY BACK!! I'M DOING IT THE CORRECT WAY THIS TIME AROUND WITH WATCHING WHAT I EAT AND EXERCISING. I TRY TO WALK 4 MILES A DAY AND GO TO RED DRAGON WORKOUT ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHTS AT COLONIAL SPORTS AND COURTS. LATELY, WITH THE WEATHER BEING SO HOT AND OR RAINY AND THE BOYS OUT OF SCHOOL ITS GETTING HARDER TO DO THOUGH.

THE BOYS HAVE LEARNED TO RIDE THEIR BIKES AND I'VE BEEN WALKING WITH THEM ALL OVER SO THEY CAN RIDE....SINCE WE HAVE NO PLACE AT OUR HOUSE TO RIDE BIKES. THATS A WORKOUT IN ITSELF!!

SCOTT STARTED RIDING HIS BIKE EVERY MORNING LIKE 6-8 MILES BEFORE GOING TO WORK THIS PAST MONTH ALSO, AND HE HAS LOST LIKE 15 LBS TOO. HE IS ALSO CUTTING BACK ON THE JUNK FOOD AND AMOUNT HE EATS.

I'D RATHER WALK THEN RIDE BIKE AND HE'S THE OPPOSITE OF ME. =) I WALK AT A VERY FAST PASS AND NOONE CAN KEEP UP WITH ME. I'D RATHER WALK BY MYSELF ANYWAY AND THAT WAY I GET TO GO MY PACE AND IT ALSO BENEFITS ME.
